Here's the pics of my "installation".......it's not pretty, or fancy........but neither is my CJ7 .

This is my toolbox. Under here is where the fun began

Took some measurements, a couple of guess-timates, and a SWAG (Scientific Wild-*** Guess) or two to mark off where to cut

Air die-grinder with a cutoff wheel made the cuts

Had to make a small "adjustment" to the hole size

Finished cutting the bracing with a hacksaw blade, and bent it up. (Old sending unit shown)

After swapping out the sending units, I bent the bracing back down and added a couple of pieces of metal to support the edges of the cut-out piece

Tack-welded the two panel pieces together, then with 3 screws re-attached it to the bracing

Since it's under the toolbox, and above the fuel tank......I didn't worry much about sealing the edges. Some spray-on bedliner (Dupli-color) worked fine. (Next Spring, probably re-do the entire tub with Herculiner)

Toolbox back in place, and all the assorted stuff packed back inside.

(I'm gonna miss having to drop the fuel tank.........NOT........)
