Can I use the same gear oil in an air locker up front, a posi unit in the rear and my T-5 tranny?

You should be able to use the same in all. Add a bottle of friction modifier for the rear posi.

Syncromesh has been the best thing for my T-5 , http://www.jeep-cj.com/forums/f2/t5-like-new-again-12924/?highlight=penzoil+syncromesh not sure if the diffs would like it though

I tought the T-5 used automatic tranny fluid which helped it shift smoother. The diffs oil is to heavy.

Oh no the T-5 oil debate again. The manual says Dexron automatic Transmission fluid. some say 70W gear oil. Check out this link:http://www.jeep-cj.com/forums/f2/t5-trans-fluid-what-get-3528/
What type of Limited slip do you have? A clutch type Limited slip such as an Auburn or Trac-Lok needs a Limited slip additive.
A gear type Limited slip such as a Trutrac does not use an additive.

I will be opening up both diff's to check everything out. On the rear I believe it is a Trac-Lock but wont be sure until I open it. I might give the syncromesh oil a try in the T-5 and see how that works. So 90W for both diff's with an additive for the rear if it's a Trac-Lock.
