Well now that my MJ is back on daily driver status, I am now turning some more attention to the cj. Working on my tbi swap and I cannot get the treaded plug in the driver side of the block to budge. Need to remove it to get the temp sensir mounted. I drained the coolant and heated the area until my torch ran out of acetylene. It still wont move. Any suggestions? I really dont want to have to drill it out if I dont have to.

Well that seems fitting (pun intended). All I had to do was ask for help. Coolant sensor is in. Time to get her running. I promised myself it would run by my birthday (mid May). I fought that plug for almost a year now and it decided it had enough. 8a62d9072c0f9f2fb8ca92dedc5198f8.webp

well I didn't make the running deadline of mid may. I thought I had it but alas I have no spark. Time to retrace and start testing. The CJ is currently sitting in a pile of stuff again as I got frustrated with it and started back on my MJ daily driver. I am getting ready to dig the CJ out and start in on it. Suggestions of easy things to test first?
