Trans Grinding gears

Put a rebuilt Dana 20 on my T-150 now when I shift it grinds just alittle in every gear and down shifting is impossible didn’t do this before the Transfer Case change what did I mess?

More than likely an issue with the clutch linkage. The clutch is not fully disengaging which is causing your Transmission grinding issues, Transfer Case is downstream from the transmission so it’s doubtful it can be the cause.
