Holley vacuum question.

I have a 1985 CJ7 256 straight 6 with a holley 390cfm carb on it. the carb has 3 vacuum ports coming off it. The timed spark vacuum which is going to the distributor cap. The pcv which is going to the pcv valve and last there is a full manifold vacuum this is the one that is not hooked up on my jeep. does it go to something or are you guys just capping it off?

Mine is just capped off. I've tried tying it in to the manifold vacuum and it seems to make it run worse.
