1986 suzuki samurai, spring over, 30 in. tires, GRS2 transfer, rebuilt motor,
If I am putting a Weber 32/36 carb and a HEI distributor on my 85 CJ7 , AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l , do I still have to have to modual wired into the system? I am looking at one of the DUI distributors.
 
The HEI dist. has the IM inside it.
 
Thats what I thought, but was not sure what else the module was controling.
 
it only controls the spark as far as I know.
