J20 Axles

I don't know if I asked this before, but will J20 axles swap into a CJ7 ? 1979 J20 to a 1979 CJ7 ?

Anything can be done. Spring perch width is much wider on the j axles so outboarding the springs is a must on the front 31.25 v.s. 27.5 i think. The rear would need new perches on the axle. If your plans are spring over your better off going G.M. Both fronts have cast in perches j20 under, gm over
