I am just wondering, if there is a list in existence, that shows corresponding
part numbers between the AMC ones and Ford parts?
I have a 9DA2J 2100 and planning to rebuild during the winter seeing
that there are much more Ford NOS parts available.
And yes, I am a strange guy trying to stay with OEM instead of China parts... :D

The Autolite and motocraft 2100 carbs are for the most all the same with some small differences. For instance, The cover gasket is different on a jeep carb than a ford carb, but will fit on either. There's also some other similar differences. When you get the rebuild kit, Just give them the make model and year of the vehicle that the carb came from and they should be able to get you the right kit. Good luck trying to get something made in U.S.A.
A quick search reveals that your carb came from a 70 to 72 jeep.

Thanks for the hint with the carb stores, I found one in WA
that looks pretty nice, just ordered a rebuild kit there.
Interesting is where you found the carb being from 1970-72.
The FSM says it is used in the V8 with AT and QT in 1979.
Could you please maybe post the link?

Many thanks, this is extrem helpful documentation.
It will take me a while to work that through, luckily from next week Christmas Holidays here...
