MSD distributor cam gear roll pin question

OK, I had a cup of coffee and are awake. The Comp Cam kit is a 252H. I did not want anything more, just needed a little more lower torque.

Can someone tell me if these spots where I am pointing to on the new timing gear are the ones I have to make sure they are slag free for oil passage?
