It grinds when I try to get it in reverse. First seems hard to get into sometimes as well. So, either my Transmission is bad or my clutch is slipping?

Possible the cluich needs adjustment?

If hydraulic (probally) is the Resavoir full? Did it get low and has air in it?

Could be the just not releasing enough.

How about 1st? Is it dragging when you shift into your forward gears?

Nope, first is not dragging but can be can be hard to get in the first time... (that's what she said)

If you still have the manual clutch try adjusting it to give it more throw. I think it's just not pushing the on the pressure plate far enough.

Ok, I will give it a try!
