I need advice on replacing wheel/hub bearings in front. I have the rotors and hubs off, outer bearing, but the inner bearing seems to be pressed in, should I just press it out or tap out with hammer from witch way?? 1978 CJ7 . maybe the spindle bearing aswell?

The bearing should fall out, the race is pressed, you knock it out from the outside (lock out side) in. There should be a couple indents that are cast in to the center of the hub where you can hit the race with a (brass) punch.
Yes change the spindle bearings while you have it apart.

The bearing and race closest to the spring gets knocked out that way,
The bearing and race on the outside (lockout side) gets knocked out to the
outside.
In other words if you already took the outer bearing out the race comes out the same way as the bearing did. The inner bearing and race gets knocked out the other direction. (toward the rear seal)
