Build Thread Next Up 1985 CJ8 Scrambler

Just about 1/2 into a 1985 CJ8 Build. This one was an automatic, so I'm upgrading it to a a IROC 350 and the 700R4 4 speed Transmission . Some pictures below, awaiting warmer weather to start again

Looks like you’re starting from scratch, on a lot of stuff. Should be like a brand new CJ when you’re finished.

I hear ya with the “awaiting warmer weather” bit. Sure could use an insulated and properly heated garage myself this time of year in CO at 6,600’.
