CJ I ordered a body bushing kit with the body from Willy's Overland. Jay told me the holes on the mounts may be a little small but just bore them out the 1/16th and all should fit great.

Woo hoo! A little die grinding will open them up quickly.

Ok the driver side hub turns but it is not free. Have to use a wrench to turn it. I’ve cleaned it de greased it as best I can. Any recommendations on how to free it up?

There is that cool Summit box again.
As for the hub, definitely need to clean it more. Use a good brake cleaner that (I hate to say this) is not environmentaly friendly so it has solvents. Keep spraying and keep turning. That Warn hub is vertually indestructible.

I've been seriously considering ordering a new "tub" for the '69 Bronco I'm working on. A big investment, but it could save me years of bodywork time and end up being not much more $ in the end.
I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes for ya. I'm sure you'll still have to do some work to it (maybe seam-sealing, priming & tweaking steel here and there). But, it should still set you way ahead in the game, if it's a quality body.
