OBD coding

my check engine light will randomly come on. I have the old School diagnostic light. with the ignition off I placed a jumper between terminals A and B. Turned the ignition to on (not start) and the light blinks twice and stays on. I have no idea what that means or if that's just some kind of error. any ideas?

My stock '85 has no 'check-engine' light.
Is this a FI conversion or??

I was wondering the same thing. Figured since I removed the stock carb and disconnected the computer maybe that was why I never got a code

I'm not 100% sure but i believe it is a EFI conversion. It has a TBI Rochester 220 on it. I know the EGR was removed and blocked off so it def had some mods to it. I'll prob just let it be and drive it
