Hi everybody, our new-to-us 1970 CJ Orangey has no emergency brake components from the inside handle bracket all the way to wherever. I respectfully request some feedback on the photo: Is this case set up for the emergency brake drum setup, or would the e-brake be inside the rear drum brakes?

IMG_1080.webp We've had it for about a month, so I haven't done too much with it except identifying what I have (our first Jeep). Thanks for any help you folks provide, have a good day! IMG_0983.webp

Pre-1972 CJs had the driveline parking brake setup. I believe the 1970 should have that using the Dana 18 Transfer Case that has the parking brake feature. Not all T-18 's had that however. It doesn't look like yours does.
