power steering replacement parts!

have the adjuster plug removed and the old seal out and when I go to replace the seal guess what? it's to small.....

well at least now I know why the seal wouldn't work from a stock cj box, oh well`hindsight i guess.

Is there a code on the box that will tell which is which?. I tried both early/late model CJ's and neither was right had Napa check old seal with a mic and found one in a box with I guess spare seals.
