Quick Brake Question.

Dont go cutting on the push rod yet do a dry run, mine hooked up to the brake pedal perfect and it is even with the clutch pedal. I am using the stock master cylinder but I have a few questions to bounce off the forum to finish tweaking my system

here is a pic I had to grind down the foot on the MC so it would fit in the recessed portion of the booster so.............. if you have to grind do not nick the brake line as I did , this will cause a real big headache. I had to use a union to repair the line could not get the nut to break loose on the prop valve.

All right thanks, I was hoping to use the stock MC, being that its new. Also am I going to need a bracket between the booster and firewall.

you should had bought one from ebay most of the time they come with the bracket , MC and proprotioning valve , you must have the bracket cause I believe the booster will hit the hood. rethink it bro might save you some headache.

Naw you just need the right parts all together, if you can not find the bracket take the other one to the auto store and get one from ebay, all you need is a single booster and a bracket and double booster is twice the size thats how you will know the difference.
I think mine is as good as it will get, Rear has everything replaced and adjusted and the front I just replaced the other caliper today and new shoes on front also and I bleed the system.
I figured out how to adjust the internal threaded booster rod with hitting the road everytime to see where I need to be. I will make a different thread for other is use . You have my email hit me up if you need to,
