Trans Reliable Manufacturer for Throw Out Bearing

Hello all,

I just finished a 10 year off-frame restoration of my 1982 CJ5 Renegade . Included in this restoration was the replacement of clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing.

I purchased the OMIX 16901.09 10.5" Clutch Kit from Quadratec which included the throw out bearing.

I have less than 400 miles on it and the trow out bearing needs replaced.

The bearing is under warranty however OMIX no longer makes it (not sure I want to replace it with same anyhow given its track record!)

Besides re-installing the old one, which only has a few thousand miles on it I would like to hear from the community for a suggestion for an alternative throw out bearing manufacturer. Something that will last and has proven reliability.
Part numbers would also help.

My CJ has the AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l with a T-176 4 speed.

Everything omix makes is complete trash do not use em. And if you're clutch is the same make get rid of it now

Buy something quality like luk or center force.

I don’t have a part number but I got the Luk from Napa and now over 3 years and 8K miles with no problems with it.

Bought my luk kit from Rock Auto. Been 10 years two engines and don't know how many miles and off road use
