Def second that on a cool color. When I heard lime green, was a little hmm, but that’s a sweet modern color that still looks like it belongs on a Jeep.

Labor day weekend at the lake and finally had a chance to clean it up after spending weekends working on the Jeep instead of driving it. I’ve got it running great on a base tune from Adam Nick Langen. With these short headers and “mufflers” you can hear the rumble and pops all across the lake. Sure, I’m probably making 80hp on this old AMC 304 , but it sure does sound good doing it.
The green is Lime Rock Green, I think it was debuted on the 2014 Corvette and then on the 2015 “Green Flash” Camaro at SEMA. Always been fond of the color.
Black oxide finished stainless was used as much as possible on visible fasteners. McMaster Carr saw plenty of orders during this build.
I added a PAKMULE cargo carrier after seeing their 1980 Jeep CJ5 with one from SEMA 2019. It adds so much utility and stays on the Jeep full time. Engine:
Their replitubs are great. Because they rework / modify them any work is close to zero. Well worth a few extra bucks. I got mine with no holes in firewall and braces for a 76 and up parking brake.
