Securing brake lines to rear axle

I'm looking for ideas for brackets to secure the rear brake lines to the rear axle. The lines run from the union point out to the individual wheel brake cylinders and parallel to the rear axle. Appreciate any thoughts. Scott

in the center I make a bracket that has a hole so I can put it under one of the diff cover bolts, I put my T junction there
at the outer section I have found that putting a roll of metal around the tube, and then using a huge hose cla,p will work great and I do not need to drill and tap the axle housing
that may sound a bit redneck but it works great and the thing is tied down tight and workable

Traditionally from the factory they weld small tabs on the axle tube and bend them over the tubing. I have my rear axle trussed and drilled holes in the truss and bolted on small clamps to secure the brake tubing.

I am planning to re use the original tapped vent tube hole for the junction and then make some new fold over metal tabs to secure the brake lines like the the factory did on my rear, it is also a really good idea to have the coil covered tubing llike what the factory used. I plan to do it because it is very simple and works

Do you know of a supplier for the wound brake line?

I have never experienced a problem with the line mounted to the top, bolted to the axle. As long as this continues to be a non-problem for me I shall not get creative with it.

I welded washers to the tube and bent them over the line in an attempt to duplicate the factory set-up. In a related topic I had to use a Dodge rear flex line from the frame to the axle. To mount the thru-bolt for the junction block I welded a nut to the axle and just secured the through bolt into that. The nut is welded so that one open end is flat on the axle on the other is facing up. I just used a thru bolt that was the correct length to go through the junction and snug down before it bottomed out.

Thanks for the ideas. Not a welder, so I'll probably go with metal banding. Scott
