This just happened to me putting in a new DUI distributor. I want to keep it stock. Where can I get one? It seems I can't even find the $190 one now.

Isn't that essentially what the dipstick tube is or is it way more complex than I imagine? I mean all it has to do is hold the dipstick itself.

Try Cleaning it up with brake clean paint it, then carefully apply a clean, smooth, smear of great stuff gasket maker around the base or any minor pin holes from your braze job. for me it would be worth the try but a new tube would look nice.

This one is completely broken off. The tube has a bend. Just can't believe there are no replacements given how many of these motors were made. I am going to call around tomorrow to see if I can find a used one.

Call Jeeps Unlimited in Erie Colorado 303 666 9020 they should have it

I know this is an old thread but did you manage to find a support for the tube as I did in my photo above? Since installing mine so long ago there's not been one breakage. worth considering.
