T-90 2nd -3rd jump

I'm new here so I'm sorry if this has already been discussed. I'm contemplating swapping my T-90 for a 4 speed in the hopes of getting a closer gear ratio between 2nd and 3rd. I have a warn Overdrive already but would like to explore my options. Re gearing my axles to 5:38 is also an option. Anyone have any experience in this area?

Thanks for the info and the welcome. I talked with the folks at advanced adapters once. They can adapt any tranny to my 18 but couldn't tell me much about the motor to Transmission . I'll call Novak and see if they can give me an idea.
