T15 for T14 swap

I just bought a CJ6 with the AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l and T-14 . I'd like to buy a Transmission to rebuild and eventually swap into the CJ. I have a possible opportunity to buy a T-15 - is this a straight swap for the T-14 ? If not, now much is involved in the conversion?
