Also, I have no idea why that picture posted upside down.
 
So I attempted to recreate the problem in my garage with multiple jacks and wood blocks. No luck. Could I massage the pan a bit in the area it’s hitting? See the attached photo.

I've had my suspension flex much more on the trail than I've been able to duplicate in my shop too. what size is your driveshaft? I know some driveshaft makers (including Tom Woods) recommends a smaller, but thicker front driveshaft for autos to help with clearance. I think it's usually a 1.25" OD IIRC.

Mine is about 1"-1.25" but I will measure tonight. I ordered longer bump stops also.
