Looking at Rockauto they are different.

The front axle shaft u joints are different. They are both 1310 series, but the axle shaft joints use a c clip "under" the cap. The driveshafts use a snap ring "above" the cap.

The axle joints are not the same as the DS joints.
Use Dana Spicer joints as they were OEM and very high QC,
When you install the DS joints. Make sure the Zerk is pointed so you can get to it with a grease gun.
