Ok it was only 7 minutes this time, but the time is always off or "different." What is the forum clock synced too? Maybe that's a stupid question for those of that only have their own networks, and not servers.....

That "may" explain some of the questions being expressed on this thread in regards to "why hasn't my vote posted yet"...just a thought to throw out there...just a thought...
