That's the electric choke. Same as any carb

I liked a manual chock on mine. Just worked a lot better to me.

Do you have a link for one of those please Belizean? Also can you explain in layman’s terms how both work? Electric and manual?
MANUAL CHOKE CONVERSION UNIT FOR WEBER 32/36 DGEV CARBURETORS WEBER 38/38

Universal choke cable kit.

An electric choke utomatically applies the choke when the engine is cold and gradually turns off when warmed up. It is adjuster to be leaner or richer by turning the coil housing as needed. It only needs a switched +12v to the terminal on the choke housing
A manual choke requires you to pull the cable to apply the choke when the engine is cold and you may have to regulate the choke gradually until it is no longer needed.

I just noticed your in France so the Amazon likes I provided are just a representation of what you need.

Many thanks CJ. I’m about to receive the Painlesss Loom in order to rewire. So I’ll follows that first I think.

I’ll take look at WebCon site to get a replacement for the element if possible .

Mine was just a simple universal kit I think at an auto parts store like NAPA. It actually hooked up to the Weber choke.
