Also forgot to mention it handled the 90 mile trip back just fine. 70 mph interstate cruising.

Original stickers on the glove box door. 0 cracks or blemishes on the dash. Factory installed jeep hitch (sticker is still partially attached).

Just need to research and get the a/c working. Blows, just not cold.

My 19 year old son came up to my place for a visit. Then informed me he wanted to learn how drive a manual Transmission . I think a lot of it, was he just wanted to drive my Jeep! So, we went out for a drive and he really did a great job. I am a proud Dad!

Well I pulled the trigger on this today. In amazing shape for almost 40 years old. Has a 90s Wagoneer 360 in it.

Tow vehicle? Daily driver?

Sure hope you stopped long enough to buy a couple of Lotto tickets. :D
Looks like it lived in a garage.
How did you find it? How many miles?

Odometer shows 29500. Owner before last put a 1990 Wagoneer 360 in it. Stamped 5.9L instead of 360 on the side. Valve cover tag still intact. GM Turbo 400 and QuadraTrac . Interior needs some attention but only related to the high traffic area. Drivers seat, carpet etc.

No lottery tickets. Don't believe in it :)

Oh, and about how I found it. Hmm, can't disclose that info ;). Let's just say this is my second shot at it. Did not let it slip through this time.

I did the death stare thing when we were working on our 59 CJ5 , so I decided to let it give me death stares back, just to be fair! :D The wife decided to take the Gorilla tape off the headlights when we had to move it into the garage so we could work on the 79 CJ7 in our shop.

I drove her to work! Longest trip on the freeway since the rebuild and FI. 1-1/2 hr at 65mph and did great!

Not exactly my jeep but it will be her chariot.. I bought this trailer a few months ago for pretty cheap. So far Ive cleaned up the aluminum with a scotch bright pad and some Bar Keepers Friend, cut 1.5ft off the extra long tongue and installed a new 6k lbs coupler. I also installed 2 of the 4 electric brakes. I installed 2 b/c I'm a bone head and didn't read that the hub/drums were sold individually and not as a pair. Things todo: finish the brakes, install all new LED lights & junction box, new wood and get her some new shoes. Still lots todo before the CO trip!

Took my CJ out for a shakedown after having the Howell FI installed. Carol and I went out to "The Gulches" and ran Longwater to the river and back. I ran it down and Carol brought her back. The Jeep ran great but the best part of the run was watching Carol drive up Longwater Rock. She did it perfectly and made it to the top without spinning a wheel. Just Perfect! I'm proud of her.

Hmmm death stare light covers .. that could be a cool idea

The last time wheeling my front disc brakes locked up and I had to pinch off the front hoses and bleed to calipers, his released the pressure to allow me to get back to camp.

After inspecting all components I determined the M/C was bad. Turns out the M/C had a life time warranty that AA honored.

All is well now.

Nice fix there Posi, sometimes you really have to get creative for trail fixes. I like them best when they are on someone elses rig.

Trusted my new distributor with someone who knew as much as I did three weeks ago.

While driving along the shoreline in my CJ today I spotted:
an early 70s Land Rover,
a pirate
a mini
a flamingo
a dog fishing
in that order, in one driveway.

Opening season of rabbit is so much better in a CJ

Took me a minute to find the fishing dog.

I like the pirate though.

And with an old side by side no less. That'll make em taste better.

In the never ending quest to finish this dang CJ build, I have everything primed that will be painted. Geezy Pete this is taking FOREVER........

Haven't found the dog yet - but then again I'm on my phone...... I'll check the iPad later this evening

WAIT - Is that it just left of the Rover's DS mirror??

And I bet the local LEO's are sick if 911 calls for a possible B&E LOL
