This 'rock' would be unbearable to live on, if it wasn't for our Dogs.
There's very special hell set aside just for animal abusers. I would have no issue send'n someone to it either.

My Mastiff/St Bernard:
Had a AKC registered St. Bernard back in the 70's. Big loving dog. Did I say BIG? He was B-I-G. Drooled a lot, and shed even more. I like the mix of yours!
If I ever get another dog, it's be a rescue animal. Just like my two cats were.
On Topic: Had to order a new T-18 shift lever from Novak. Seems the 40 year old original one had developed a hairline crack and was a one shift away from disaster.

This was my St Bernard mix Bear he was the smartest and most loyal dog I have ever had and I'm still trying to get over having to put him down last Sept.

ALL of mine have come from rescues. Funny thing, it was ME they saved.

Already done. Both of those are gone now and I have three more now that I have saved. I think when you get old and the kids are grown and out of the house the dogs become your kids.Mtnwhlr-Time to go save another life and you'll be amazed what they will do for yours.

Even with one kid in college and the second in 10th grade, I think my dogs are my better behaved children.
And to be on topic, I got under the CJ and cut off the extra threads of the u bolts for the spring perches. Dang those were long. Tomorrow I plan to install my external cb speaker and attach latches to my hard half top to use for connecting it to the windshield and bulkhead.

So today I have installed my external cb speaker and added latches to hold my hard top to the windshield and bulkhead. Tired of the screws stripping out of the fiberglass.

- 1977 CJ-7 Renegade (Daisy Jane), Levis trim, 304, TH400, BW1339 (MM), D30/Auburn Max, AMC20/Detroit/G2's, 4.88's, 33" BFG MT KM2's, Edelbrock Performer intake, Holley Sniper 4bbl EFI, MSD6, MSD ProBillet distributor, OME shocks, 4" ProComp lift.
I moved my ignition wiring back to my Ecore coil. I kept the OEM in place just in case; and I switched over to it to troubleshoot last fall but never went back until now.
Don't freak out, the wire nuts are temporary.

Where you headed out to? Take plenty of pics to share.
Just getting my feet wet (tires dirty?) at George Washington National Forrest on a few light trails. Mainly one called Flagpole. Supposedly really picturesque. I will try to get a lot of pics while there.
