Which oil pump

I need a oil pump screen for my AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l but there are two available and I'm not for sure which one to get there is one that has tabs and one that doesn't what does that mean?

There are two different oil pumps for the 1980 AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l . My engine was actually made in October 1979. The difference between the two are high volume and regular volume. When I had my engine rebuilt, they put in the high volume oil pump. I figured what the hey, and went with it instead of replacing as suggested here; it was all from them and the warranty is what I was after. The problem lied in the pick-up tube. Old one didn't fit. The old tube had a bolt hole and flange on it that was an inch too long and far away from the pump to mount up.
A trip to the parts house and $50 later, I had a straight bolt up job. Find out which oil pump you have. I have the box with part number on the replacement pick-up tube from Melling (sp?) if you need it in the barn somewhere.
