Who has the best new/rebuilt Carter BBD?

Looking to replace/have rebuilt my current Carter BBD w/o stepper motor. Current one is not original to the Jeep (is a carter rebuilt by Holley)

I want to keep a Carter carb on the Jeep, so please don't mention Motorcraft 2100/2150, etc. LOL

Who, in your opinion, sells/has/rebuilds the best new/rebuilt Carter BBD w/o stepper motor?

Not talking about just doing a rebuild kit yourself. Talking about bushings, new parts, etc. rebuild. Or just plain ol' brand new one.

Cost is not much of an object unless it's plated in gold! Haha

When I had the BBD, I took it to a local carb shop. the work was excellent and the price I paid reflected that. After many years of doing my own carb work, I was quite impressed of what a pro can do. Good luck in finding a quality shop.

Cool. I'll look into that.

I need to make sure if mine is a real Carter and not a knock-off before I pay to rebuild it. If it's a knockoff, I would just assume buy a new one.

If it's a real Carter, I don't mind shipping it off. Just need some names of guys that do top notch work.
