Any tips on a pre start procedure? It’s been sitting since about 1990, kinda worried the motor is seized, thanks posi. 👍

Remove plugs and put some marvel mystery oil in the cylinders for a couple of days

If it were me I would first determine if the engine is stuck
Pull the plugs and try turning by hand using the fan belt
If it’s stuck add some MM as gert suggested or some AT/acetone, AT/desel and let it soak a couple day. Add more each day.
After soaking try turning the crank bolt with a torque wrench set at 50 ft lbs this should protect against breakage.
If the torque wrench clicks keep soaking.
If it isn’t stuck I would add oil to each cylinder and turn by had (1/2" drive on crank bolt).

Thanks posi, with a little luck I might have this old girl running in the next few months, worst case Scenario I gotta rebuild the motor.. either way she’s gunna be on the road before summer time, I really want to drive her back to dads and toss him the keys for a spin!

Sounds like a fantastic plan!
Be careful when removing the spark plug closest to the firewall.
The head is bowl shaped where the spark plug goes in and it collects water from rain runoff between the hood and firewall.
If your not careful the threads may get damage.
If its rusted clean the bowl of all debris then fill the bowl (w/plug in head) with penetrating fluid and let it sit overnight.
Should make removing the plugs easier.
