Ok - I have another knucklehead wiring question, this time ref the harness. Since the CJ is all over the garage, I was gonna use an extra wiring harness that came with the Jeep to get the rewire started while sitting inside where it's warm. After comparing it to a 1980 wiring diagram, I found a couple discrepancies. Have a couple different wire colors, but I'll trace those and see if the circuit is the same, but I have a couple connectors that don't show on the diagram. I also have a couple connectors on the harness that I don't need, but that's not a big deal either (The Qudratrac connector). Here's the harness connector that I can't find on the diagram...(the smaller one on the right)

Here's the larger connector in the diagram.... any idea what the smaller connector is for?

Next question - this bulb socket is wired to be the qudratrac light.... any chance it would also act as the 4 wheel drive indicator?

The lower bulb socket below is not on the diagram as it's colored, but it's the same type socket as the Qudratrac socket - think it'll work as the Brake warning light?

The next issue - in the pic below is a connector coming off of the steering column connector with red and pink leads......The larger one looks like a relay socket. But neither apear to be on the harness diagram. Any ideas?

Here are a couple pics of the spare harness..... it's too clean not use, and I see no signs of butchery...

As soon as the weather warms up a bit, I'm going to compare this harness to what's actually in the Jeep. I was just hoping I could get a jump on this while I was refurbing gauges.
Thanks for any help
