I would start by making sure all hoses are connected, it looks like your valve cover maybe leaking oil onto the exhaust ?

You could have some junk in the carb clogging it up as well

Check the ignition module that is located on the left inside fender below the overflow and washer bottles. Remove the three bolts that hold it to the fender and examine it for damage to the resin. If it looks melted or is very soft this is most likely you trouble.
The red fluid is transmission fluid, find and repair the leak as soon as possible. Hopefully it’s only the cooler lines loose and you’ll only need to put a wrench to them. Until you get it fix keep a close eye on the fluid level.
It seems you have a number of leaks. The valve cover is leaking oil and your exhaust manifold seems to be leaking. This is the clattering noise you hear in the video. The vacuum lines have been butchered and it was deliberate. For now just make sure you don’t have any vacuum leaks.
Good Luck! Anyone with 3 CJ7s in Ireland needs all the luck they can get.

Nice video, my guess is the ignition control module, if it is hot to the touch, it is shot. But, I really don't have any experience with that pre '79 ignition. That is an interesting electric fuel pump. They seem to pump gas better than suck it from the tank which is a long ways away. The best location for them is below the fuel tank level like above the Transmission skid plate. They also lose performance when the fuel level in the tank gets low, a pressure gauge could check that. For a carb induction CJ a manual pump is the best way to go. It also appears that the hose for the egr is disconnected, they can help make the combustion chamber run cooler and help the valves from burning up. The low lead gas nowdays does burn hotter than the leaded stuff.
