Whipped up a quick mount for my Transmission cooler. Modified the bumper by opening up a hole then put in some heavy duty grating and built an internal plentum for air flow to the Transmission cooler.

I hope you have a big enough radiator for that big block

Big block power! as an after thought I shoulda painted it Chevrolet orange. I had a small block, but I used it when I unhooked the lowboy.

Nothin' like a big block 8 x 8...!

Today I moved the brake proportion valve off the frame rail over to where the vacuum cannister used to be. If you have ever had to work on one of these you'd understand why it got moved. Maybe a picture tomorrow.

Been working on my auxiliary fuel tank this week. If you guys want all the dirty details I can write up a dissertation. Without beating around the bush the 5 gal tank feeds the valve assembly shown. Open the valve while on the fly and gravity drops the top 5 into the regular tank. So I got 20 gallons without having to replace my tank with one that I didn't like. I thought the aftermarket tank hung down to far.

I had a 21 or 22 gallon after market tank and It hung way to low for off roading. Years later I went back to a 15 gallon tank.

All work here has stopped due to Corona, went to the river instead. Ol' Mr Big wouldn't fit in a Igloo 48, about 12" stuck out so we let him go.

Sounds like a fish story to me .

With the winch covering so much real estate up front it is difficult to see the right blinker. So while waiting on parts I decided to integrate an extra set into my bumper. So here is the result.

Got back from Del Rio late yesterday, spent most of this day picking up parts and getting ready start turning wrenches later this week. Part pictures prob tomorrow. I thought I was ready to working on this, the wife-o is ready to get this place sold and rest of my junk moved.

Install the first bolt today. For now, I'm not using the kickdown cable. Check out the world's littlest Ziploc. It would one small filet going in that bag. 17mm socket for reference. Did remove the pass fender, plan is to go in from the side low and slow with eng and Transmission assembly together. I'll add the Transfer Case later.
