Engine 4.8L Vortec Dyno Results

Hey all,

I finally got my engine tuned after installing an RV cam. Here are the specs and dyno results for anyone that is interested.

2001 4.8L Vortec
SUM 8718 Cam (205 int./217 exh. 112LSA)
Holley Sniper fuel system
Stock GM EFI
Shorty block hugger headers w/ True Duals and Flowmaster 40s
AX15 Transmission , Dana 300 , 3.73 gears

Results: 180rwhp and 202ftlb

Not what people claim to get out of these engines but I am happy with the curve and it runs really well.

Nice! How hard was it to set the vortex in there? Issues?

It really wasn't bad. It has been so much more reliable since I did the swap.
