New member here. I'm building a '74 CJ5 from the frame up for my wife. The frame has been sandblasted and powder coated. Springs were in good shape, so I've cleaned and painted them along with the axles. Pulled the differential covers and inspected everything, reassembled, painted and have the axles and spring back on the frame. I have a new steel body for it that eventually will make it onto the frame. Will probably be a while. Life tends to get in the way and this is my way to relax. Next up is going through the brakes and getting that back together. Adding power brakes and steering. I have everything for the power steering when I get that far. I've gone through the engine and that is ready to bin installed when I get there. Here are a couple of pictures. I'll post more as I make progress. IMG_2493.webp IMG_1768.webp

Looking good!

I like your Handle, Ducatichip.
One of my favorite bikes, back in the day, was a ‘99 Monster 900 with all the mods. Nothing like the sound of that Italian V-twin and open clutch! Eventually my wife said I could only have one Italian woman in my life, so the bike had to go.
