New Jeep owner and have been working on my stock CJ5 AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l I6. After replacing all the brakes the engine would not start, go figure. Found a wonderful tutorial on these forums that walked me through isolating it to the Ignition control module. Problem is that I cannot find a replacement anywhere. I am pretty sure its the Prestolite version but nothing I can find has the same plug. I have attached a pic of the part. Not sure If I need to just do a complete replacement of the ignition system.

That does not look like an icm for an '81 CJ. The icm should be located behind the coolant recovery bottle on the left fender well.

Thats where this was located. Left fender well. Will attach pic of location to make sure I am correct.
