Well I got the ARP driveshaft bolts shaved down an 1/8 of an inch to fit the double Cardin u joint in the Transfer Case side, re sealed the Transfer Case pan, and removed the handle bars this morning when I got home from work, now it’s time to separate the pipes from the mufflers and re fit it to the Jeep so I can get it ready to drive

Boy the temps dropped a lot yesterday, worked on air compressor piping this morning and of course I forgot a few fittings so I will have to go back, hopefully when I get up I should be able to slice up the exhaust

Well Santa has been busy at my house.... now to get the kiddos swing set moved out of Santa’s workshop so he can work on the exhaust and bleeding the air bubble out of the clutch

Looks like a good place for the swing & slide the next couple of months until the weather gets tamed. :)

I know what you mean. Mine is a garage queen. The weather can shorten the life of a CJ

I was a bit surprised tonight when I ran my quad diesel across the scales at work and they read 7080 pounds with me in it and a half stank of fuel...... maybe that explains the 17mpg :0

Are you sayin it would do better with you not in it??? LOL :poke:

Lol yep I’m getting a little bigger around the waist

You ain’t the only one - I’m just gonna bolt my seat to the floor with no riser......

 laughing at "Santa's workshop", I'm glad I'm not the only one that hides stuff from their kids in their garage. Heck, most of my kids Christmas presents are in the back seat of my CJ, in the garage, right now, because I know they don't go out there...

You guys better enjoy all that while you can..... won’t be long they’ll be grown and gone. And Gert - if the gifts get any larger yer gonna need a bigger garage LOL

Hmmm bigger garage... I like the way your thinking shum8

Yeah bigger is almost always better. I know I always wished for bigger, especially with a garage

I thought everything was bigger in Texas. :)

Working on the back end of the Jeep, got the spring hangers front and rear gas tank cross members in place looking to weld it in place tonight or tomorrow

I can't remember - you planning on converting to a CJ tailgate and fuel inlet? If so, I may have the aluminum plate the PO pop riveted to the back side of the original opening if ya want to use it LOL. Seriously - if you do swap to a CJ tailgate, make sure you enlarge the hole in the valence under the tailgate - it's virtually impossible to get hardware in there otherwise..... ask me how I know.

Yes on the tailgate and no on the filler neck, I bought a 20 gallon YJ gas tank and skid plate and I like the filler neck hidden by the license plate

Speaking of tailgate I need to get that located and installed after I finish the suspension
