Well I got the fat gas tank mounted finally after several tries, had to do some trimming here and there to squeeze it in, I have the back end of the Jeep finish welded and most of the front end welded, I need shocks to figure out where the shock tabs need to go and I need to finish my caliper adapters to figure out where they go

Tank and winch mount look great...!

Thanks, early on I decided I wanted the 8274 winch and I didnt want it to block the whole grille with a store bought winch mount which lead me to making my own bumper/winch mount that drops the bottom of the winch down below the frame rails, then i decided i did not like the fat full width bumper so I chopped the ends off, I do plan to add some ends on the bumper tho

:chug: Looking good !

Lol well today has been interesting I set my Carhart jack on fire with my angle grinder while grinding my rear caliper adapter bracket :0 and I got a little carried away with the black spray paint so now most of the Jeep is the same color now :0

What color are you going with? Still leaning toward blue?

R

Won’t know for sure til I’m done painting it but leaning towards bonzi blue/ sand interior or gloss black/ sand or grey or firecracker red/ black interior maybe even Chrysler medium poly green/ sand or grey interior for now I’m going to enjoy scratching up the crappy spray paint job lol

Glad I’m not the only one who burned up brain cells trying to decide. I still wanna wrap mine. I think I’ll drive it a while (if I ever get it to move on it’s own LOL) and then wrap it. Still amaizes me how close the paint color turned out to the vinyl...... the dash is still wrapped.
