Finally have my pitman arm reamed to the correct diameter for the 1 ton tie rod, my poor little drill press was not really up to it
About ready to cut off the 1/2 ton lower tie rod mounts to make easier access for my removal tool
I also started working on my brakes, I thought they needed to be bled but it looks like the hydro set up is particular about how far in or out the pushrod is… more on that later when i figure it out

It was loose and making crazy noises and cranking until today it wouldnt crank anymore and I discovered the top bolt was gone

Something so nice when you keep things stock and stock replacment parts fit, i havent ever really given much thought about seatbelts but new factory YJ replacment anchors look nice fit good installs quick….. freaking 7/16x20 fine thread grade 8 bolts wernt cheap tho
