Blue and rust colored.
I tried testing it out yesterday in front only low gear and it did not have the problem at all. I ran out of time and I'm planning on trying it again in rear only low gear, and maybe removing the rear drive shaft and trying 4 high and seeing if it still has the problem. It came with a PO installed dual stick Transfer Case but I could not get it into front high for the life of me. Everything else shifted smooth as butter. I'm not sure if it's not able to go into front high or if there is a problem somewhere.
Hedge, does your guy think it happens with a certain style pressure plate? Mine looks like this type (with more than just 3 fingers):
OMIX-ADA 16902.09 - Omix-Ada 10.5" Master Clutch Kit for 82-86 Jeep® CJ Models - Quadratec
To answer an older question the pilot bushing was easily able to slide onto the Transmission shaft but didn't have much wiggle to it. The fit inside the crankshaft was tight as a so-and-so and took a lot of work to get installed.
