I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I didn't have much luck in a search...
Just wondering what I can expect ballpark-wise for labor for an axle narrowing and r&p setup with locker (don't have the KSAs, tools or experience to DIY). I was able to find some pricing on Dutchman's site for narrowing...about $AMC 150 , $100 to attach new ends. I've reached out to several local shops and can't even get a response.
I'm looking to upgrade to a rear 60 with mollies and an cabled Ox. I have a housing...I was just curious if it's even possible to get into one for less than $3-4K, soup to nuts, when it's all said and done...that's what it would run for a completed bolt-in assembly. If that answer is no, then I might as well go that route.
Thoughts?
