best way to repair/remedy frozen brake

I picked one up at Harbor Freight.

alright, I went ahead and put on the new front flex lines.. what a PITA! I have nice line wrenches but the sharp bends in the hard lines and the spring covering on the hard lines make it borderline impossible... had a small leak in the passenger line but thats just because i didnt have the line cinched down enough.

got the brakes bled and drove the jeep down the road a bit. still not close to road worthy with a carb that needs rebuilding and tires that are dry rotted from sitting for 4-5 years but it was ok. i made it back to my shop in the same amount of pieces as i left.

My fix action would be "release the parking brake" LOL.
