- 1979 Jeep CJ7 TH400 Automatic 258 I6 Quadratrac Amc 20 rear & Dana 30 front, 32 x 11.5 x 15 tires. Currently a Complete Custom Rebuild in progress.
Also I own a 2001 Jeep Cherokee, White, all stock with 4.0L. automatic, and police package. Best part of that is it came with leather seats! This package also has the NP242 Transfer Case, 8.25 rear end, and trailer towing package.
For those of you that haven't read my new build thread, I'm building a Jeep CJ Custom Truck. http://www.jeep-cj.com/forums/f98/custom-jeep-cj-truck-build-26311/
What I really need to help with the plans to cut the body is some one with a CJ8 using the half hardtop and bulkhead. I need the measurement from a common start point ( say the inside of the windshield frame) to the back of the hardtop. I need to cut the body of my CJ7 so that I can add a corner piece that will support the hardtop. Here is a picture of what I will be doing. I just don't have the length of half hardtop. I could guess and be close based on the bulkhead that is used, but I would rather have a measurement. Thanks in advance.
