Greetings Everyone,
Long time viewer first time poster. I have tried to find a write up on building my own twin stick but can only find write-ups for Dana 300s. I have 2 jeeps one is a rebuild project and the other a donor/parts jeep. Both jeeps have a Dana 20 Transfer Case . I was thinking about building a twin stick set up to install and drive it as is while I tear down and rebuild the other Transfer Case when time/cash permits. Once I have the other Transfer Case rebuilt with true axle independence I would just swap the t-cases out and switch the shifter over.
So lets see the homemade Dana 20 Shifters. I need some ideas and what worked and didn't work for you guys. I would rather build my own than buy one from vendors. I have access to scrap metal through work and capabilities for metal working. I would just like to see some of the home-made shifters before I re-invent the wheel.
Thanks!
