So the Jeep is finally timed and running well with the MC2150. I only have 3 vacuum lines connected and waned to make sure that I'm not doing anything bad. My first vacuum line is my distributor advance that is connected to manifold vacuum (from my understanding manifold has no vacuum at idle and only increases when the throttle is pushed, I tried ported and didn't like it). The second is my brake booster which is connected to a fitting below the carb in the intake manifold (it is ported vacuum and I verified that I have about 20 in HG). and the third is the PCV that goes from the rear of the valve cover to the back of the carb. Everything else is plugged up. Does everything sound right?
I have a fuel bowl vent, but have it plugged. Should I put that into the canister?
With the pipe that comes from the catalytic covertor that plugged into the bottom of the stock air cleaner, can I just plug it with something that fits?
Thanks for all the great advice so far. I really am starting to love my new Jeep.
