IH Scout T-18 Transmission

Does any one know if a T-18 from an IH Scout bolt up to a jeep bell housing? I have a AMC 304 in an '80 CJ7 . I'm sure the input shaft will need replaced and it originally had a Dana 20 T/C bolted up to it. Thanks..

No
The scout bellhousing bolt pattern is different.
Also the TCase mounting is different even though the Scout also used a Dana 20 and then a Dana 300

This transmission is a good unit, but not recommended for Jeep conversions due to its unique input shaft and front, stud-mounted style front face.
