You just gotta figure it out.
Get the engine bolted to the Transmission and then lower/raise and move side to side before you weld the new mounts in.

Who's motor mounts did you buy ? The ones that bolt to the frame will put it where it belongs. If you bought the weld in ones it's up to you where you put it. But as a general rule they set the motor a couple inches to the driver side, and back as far as it will go for rad., fan clearance.
