Oil pressure issues on my 258
Ohhh no don't do it for long, just a second. Purging the engine of oil would be bad .... very bad. But it will clean out any old sludge in the pressure sensor tube. Also the relatively tiny hose simply can't carry enough oil to drop ALL oil pressure. If done do it with care.
